Yes, I finally went nuts! I am so sick of art thieves now. Not only members of the Alliance, but everyone needs to do something about this! Copying and pasting from Sukotsuto's blog:
1. Block the users (Right next to send friend request, there's "block user"), regardless on whether you had your art stolen or not from this said person. These are thieves are not "Tales of" fans, and shouldn't be represented as such!
2. Report them. If you saw it and confirmed that this certain icon,
wallpaper, video, fanart is stolen, there should be a function near
where the ratings star are located that says "Report user". We
encourage you all to report these misdemeanors immediately to help
those who had truly worked hard in their art!
If this doesn't work (mainly because of an error whenever you report abuse), see #4.
3. Inform others, via blog post, a forum topic related to such, so long as other "Tales of" fans know who are guilty of offending the true artists. This blog post is already one way, so whether you had art stolen from you or not, it would truly be gallant of you to do the same.
4. Tell Undine immediately! She will probably help you the most in this! Emailing her is probably the best option right now, seeing as the "Report abuse" function does not work at this time.
Remember, crediting for someone else's work is not enough. They should definitely ask permission from the original creator! If they said "no", then you definitely can't use that work! (and don't even bother asking me, because it'll be a definite no)
Just a warning, I know a few in particular that need to be stopped, which I have proof of (one of them even admitting it).
-Lloyd17/Tatsuya
Yes, the guy who spammed the Tales Boxart entries with the same comment. They're the same person. Don't let them fool you. They even admitted it in one entry. This guy is the one who took my Yuri and Repede pic the first time, but that getting taken down didn't stop him...oh noooo...They put up more after that got taken down and even made the second account to put up more! (This guy does have a DA account, too, under the name of Emo-Zexion) BANNED
-Takato, who stole all five of his pictures:
(I don't even have to put up three of them, since I mentioned them in a previous post, but I will anyway!) BANNED
Thanks to ladynadiad for the heads up on the next one:
-TalesAvengerer, who was once a featured member. (Says he's trying to get in touch with Undine, so it's possible they'll be taken down soon)

Not to mention some stuff from Abyssal Chronicles they have up as theirs, as well as something of ladynadiad's.
-talesprincess (The pictures were taken down)
-Kuro (Taken down, the accidental double posted one is still up, though) I'll keep the original up in case anyone wants to get the other taken down.

so what if I spamed my pic i'm only 14 get off my back about it
Who the hell cares if you're only 14! There are younger people on this site that don't do crap like that. You're just trying to make excuses and it's not working. Nobody feels sorry for you. Do you know what IP banning is? Because that's what needs to happen with you.
cutepresea, don't forget a few others, especially Talesavengerer who was even a featured member and stole a bunch from Abyssal Chronicles and stole one fanart from drache, one from babykefka, one from delques on the Tales forum, and likely the other two.
And yeah, being 14 is no excuse. I've known plenty of 13 and 14 year olds who I count as friends because we can have mature discussions. It's amazing that someone less than half my age (I'm 29, so yes, 13 and 14 are less than half my age) can actually be as mature as an adult, but it does happen.
Thanks for the reminder. Yeah, I did forget about them in my anger. I'll try to add them to the entry when I find the links to the originals.
One of them ones from TalesAvengerer:

The one stolen from babykefka:

Ah, drache posted hers, so the Luke/Tear one

The other two haven't been tracked down yet though.
Oh, and forgot to mention, consider most everything in Talesavengerer's gallery stolen. There were links posted to wallpapers taken from Abyssal Chronicles. Among the pictures are two avatars I made that are being used without credit, etc. One of the AIM icons is from Abyssal Chronicles, etc.
Looks like Takato's profile is no longer available. Glad to see everybody's hard work is paying off in tracking down the art theives!
And so we can have them all in one place, here's the info about the one TalesPrincess stole:
http://www.talesbrigade.com/member/hikari-teiruzu/blog/view//art-theft-dx/2008/09/26/
Looking at TalesPrincess' gallery, the fanarts all have different styles, so it is suspected all are stolen, but only the Yuri one do we have proof on. The Leon one looks oddly familiar to me, but I can't recall where I saw it.
It is also suspected that TalesPrincess and SeaLightBreeze are the same person, look at their galleries, the box arts are a very similar style, as are the icons and sigs. The locations may not match up, but they are close to each other (Parma is a suburb of Cleveland), so there is definitely something odd going on there.
In good news, also seems like Marta Lualdi's stolen cosplay pic has been removed too. His other fanarts are suspected to be stolen, but no one has been able to track down an original site for them yet. Personally, I think they came from Japanese sites, which makes things more difficult (and because it's Symphonia, I don't know where to look).
The last two are especially bad because in response to accusations, even with links, they have said it is theirs and then accused of it being stolen from them. Marta Lualdi has even said "it's fair if it gets approved". But with proving one is a theft, everything else becomes suspect.
If anyone is better with Symphonia fanart than I am, feel free to hunt there, I'm better with Abyss fanart.
Edit: I found the Leon one TalesPrincess submitted. I knew it was familiar! It happened to be sitting on my hard drive and thankfully I remembered relatively quick where I found it

Original: http://www.rpgfan.com/fanart/2004/01-07/index.html (scroll all the way to the bottom for it)
Original with just file: http://www.rpgfan.com/fanart/2004/01-07/garnet_til-04.jpg
I can't wait for TalesPrincess to try and claim that as hers, I already tracked down the blog and everything (though the blog is quite unreadable for me, it's in Arabic)
If you need me I'm here, I'm pretty good at telling Symphonia fanart apart. I'm dead positive that Marta Lualdi stole those arts as well. I remember saving them some time back when I had a laptop (roughly 2-3 years ago). I remember searching them via google, and came across this old German (or something, I can't tell what language it was) Symphonia site with tons of fanart on it. They also had links to the original art at the bottom as if they were given permission to host the art there. I gotta ask my friend for that link if she still has it. I'm positive I saw that art on there before. I just hope the site is up cause it would suck majorly if it wasn't >.<
One last thing, forgot to mention that TalesPrincess used that Leon fanart on her boxart submission too: http://www.talesbrigade.com/gallery_item/?gallery_id=132&id=109695
edit:
Oh, and we can eliminate this one of sealightbreeze's, it's not theft, but it is a direct trace and recoloring http://www.talesbrigade.com/gallery_item/?gallery_id=121&id=101946
Now note how similar it is to this (seriously, right down to the exact lines): http://reflectionpixie.deviantart.com/art/ArtPad-Tear-Absorption-Gate-42773267
Though I'd have more respect if she would admit the lineart isn't hers.
I applaud you guys for stopping the influx of art theft. Nice job.
No problem. We all got sick of seeing this happen to people, so we decided to take matters into our own hands and...well...enforce our "justice" XD. (Okay, no more Vesperia jokes)
Wow, you guys have been busy. Great job for tracking down all that stolen art. It's also nice to see that the punishment for stealing other people's hard work is getting more severe than just points deducted. I wish I could help but I'm still waiting on my new harddrive to fix my computer...The family computer is way to SLOW to help. :(
JUSTICE WILL ALWAYS BE SERVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope this strike will get the thieves' account banned for the wrong things they have done.
I too will try my best to find the art thieves even though I am young I have good eyes.
Hmm, I found something that seems to be an edited fanart of Colette in the fanart album but I'm not so sure since I did find the pic via google search but I'm unsure whether the image was by that person or not. Still want me to put up the comparisions anyway?
I'd say go ahead and put it up here. I'm sure between all of us we can figure out what is up with it.
One of Marta Lualdi's works is here, but the problem is, that site is where people post fanarts they find randomly, and there are a lot of times they leave them unsourced, like above...
Hmm, site appears to be in whatever language it is called that is spoken in Thailand (am gathering this from the link on the side ending in .th)
Which gives me the impression we are going to be finding that on a Japanese or other asian site. Makes me wish I had some searches for at least Vesperia related fanart sites (I really want to avoid Symphonia ones just for the potential I might find something that hasn't been spoiled yet for me)
Tsk, that sucks.
Glad to see that I was right about Kuro after all (CP and I spoke about this over IM). I'll check out his other works to make sure whether or not they're indeed stolen art.
I'll be glad to work on tracking down Kuro's Tokunaga fanart, already started looking in fact.
